Fees
Inside 24 hours, a 50% fee applies to changes or cancellations.
Groups
Groups of 6+ should coordinate directly with the assigned lead.
If plans change, let us know. With 24 hours’ notice there’s no fee. After that window, a 50% payment is required. For parties of six or more, your coordinator remains the best point of contact.
- 24h+ notice: cancel or reschedule without charges.
- Under 24h: 50% fee applies to the booking.
- Groups 6+: confirm changes through your coordinator.
